Training your pet to use the litterbox is a lesson that should begin when they are young. Remember that cats do love a clean litter box. You need to do your share to make it a pleasant experience. It has been noticed that if the box is not cleaned regularly, but everywhere else in the home is clean, then your pet may head for those clean areas instead of its box, such as the corner of a lovely rug.

With time and patient observation you’ll come to realize that a cat’s independent nature still allows a variety of moods, which are both aggressive or playful. A cat will often enjoy some playful interaction, but it can change its mind just as willfully and decide it’s had enough. Of course as a cat owner you likely already know that, and are learning to go with the flow!
